Being in the Safety Critical Projects and in the emerging period of modern signalling technologies, McML understands the value of proper training.
Periodically, training sessions are conducted for in house persons, on knowledge upgrades and a complete Railway practice training is given to the young budding engineers. By this way, McML plays a major role in developing signalling engineers for various activities.
McML identifies competencies and the preferred learning styles to impart knowledge and practical skills to our employees. Competency is gained through flexible learning and formal assessment-ensuring the skills to perform jobs effectively.
Our major concentration of training is on the Signalling design, installation, testing and safety factors.
All our trainers come from the Railway industry with an excellent experience gained in serving local and overseas companies.
